I ordered a motor and esc a week ago…

I ordered a motor and esc a week ago and they tell me they didn't have time to mail it and I had a dead line to meet. They never se nt a tracking number. They will not give a response or a refund. Handed off to the credit card company

Avoid Vivid at all costs.

Ordered a set of HID bulbs. One showed up dead on arrival.
Called in about the issue and was told via phone they would take care of it. I then received a email from customer service rep Sarah Oelschlaeger asking for the reason for the return. I replied stating it showed up dead on arrival. Did not get a response from Sarah for 10 days. I opened a Paypal claim. Sarah emailed me asking to close the claim before they would send a return label. I refused as that's would leave me in a vulnerable situation. She stopped communication via email. Paypal picked up the case. I had to pay for return shipping on a defective item. Paypal sided with me on this case.

Avoid Vivid at all costs. They lost me as a customer over a $30 order. Absolutely ridiculous how they handled this situation.

AVOID! Selling out of stock as in stock

Ordered my item from them in December 2021, I chose their business because they advertised the muffler as
"in stock". No one else had it in stock so I went for it. They then let me know that it was on backorder from the manufacturer and I would need to wait for them to ship it to me. I followed up in March, April, May, June and July. Each time I asked two questions: 1. Where is my item and 2. Why are you selling it "in stock" for $100 more? The reply never acknowledged my second question and the response always said "it's with the manufacturer".

I finally asked them to cancel my order in August, they NEVER acknowledged my request to cancel, but the very next day, I was emailed tracking information for my order.

I would avoid this business at all costs, they took and kept my money for nearly 8 months without providing me with the item I paid for. To advertise an item as in stock and then immediately put it on backorder is not only bad business, but false advertising. Will NEVER order from here again. Beware!

$1350 refund nightmare

I ordered a $1350 carbon fibre grill for my M3. The salesperson, Luis, said it would be shipped in a week. 4 weeks later it still was on back order. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. 4 weeks later Luis is still giving me the run around and promising that he will make sure I get my refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. This company is unethical. Do not buy from them.

Vivid Racing is a scam and should be should down for fraud!!!

Bought a bump stop kit web site said bump stop kit with 2 bump stops 2 mounting cans and hardware! Waited 4 months to receive after they told me it would be 2 weeks. When it was delivered it was only 1 bump stop. Called they said it was put on the website wrong and would I like to buy the rest of the kit! I said no!! I asked for a refund they told me it would take a few days for them to get ahold of the manufacturer to see if they will take it back!! So I'm waiting now for a email to tell me if I get a refund or not........ I will never do business with Vivid Racing and I hope you don't as well that way you won't be disappointed in another scam website ripping people off!!

Will never refer or buy from this company ever!!!!! Won't answer phones or except responsibility for their error. 900 dollars later for an incorrect steering wheel. Absolutely a horrible company

Worst experience ever with any product…

Worst experience ever with any product I have ever bought!! From the beginning of the order and to receive a refund has taken a year of enormous frustration. I would give a zero rating if possible. Explaining every detail in this fiasco would take pages. Thats why there's no option for writing review on their website

Ridiculous Shipping Costs

They lure you in with barely decent prices, but then charge 10x what shipping should cost for even economy options (I had to pay $18 for the cheapest economy option to ship a 5 oz. Aluminum blocking plate). Further, there's a delay of several days before the item is even shipped, which would negate expedient shipping options anyway. Lastly, they start spamming you with additional offers from "trusted partners" before you've even received the delayed item. What a horrible experience. I'll never buy from them again.

Great experience!

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about but I had a great experience with Vivid Racing. I was assisted by a sales rep named Brianna. She helped me find the parts quickly and even helped with an order adjustment after my initial order was placed. She was very helpful and made my shopping experience great.

I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered a part never received it. Email and calling for days, getting hung up on continually. Then found out they were refusing to send my part until they received more money because they weren't making enough profit. Don't believe prices on their website, they will try to scam you out of more money and or waste your time. They don't care about the customer or ethical business transactions

For anyone that has cancelled their order, do they actually give your money back or just ignore you?

I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.

They won't answer the telephone or call you back if you request a call-back and it takes days for them to respond. They hope you woll just give up trying to contact them. They refuse to cancel my irder and won't give me my money back.
